Our first principle is freshness and cleanliness. As an example of our commitment to freshness, we have chosen a local mill for supplying our bulk flour, thus reducing the time from mill to kitchen from the traditional one month or more to a week. Our bins are filled and cleaned daily.

Amanda has been with Rosauers since 2009. She started in the meat department, and then moved over to the Deli, and quickly become the Deli second. She was then promoted as the Bulk Food Specialist at Huckleberry’s in 2014. Amanda is motivated to finding clean, local products for the community, and loves to work with her Hucks family. In her free time, Amanda enjoys designing art, and spending time with friends and family.
